South Richland Storage

Nor Am Investments LLC recently completed construction on South Richland Storage at 2325 Storehouse Ave., off of Dallas Road, and Trowbridge Boulevard in Richland.

The self-storage facility is managed by Targa Real Estate Services Inc.

The first phase of the 37,687-square-foot project includes 298 rentable spaces in a range of sizes and options. The class A facility is climate controlled with 24/7 video surveillance. It was completed on Dec. 1.

The timeline for groundbreaking on phase two has yet to be determined but likely will offer large RV/trailer and boat storage.

GAME Inc. of Kennewick (Doug Bezotte, The South Fork Group LLC, Richland and Darrin Sweeney) is the general contractor.

Rental prices range from $30 to $150 per month, subject to change with the market.
