The Original Pancake House is now open in Southridge

The Original Pancake House in Kennewick  opened in early April.

The restaurant will be the first building in Erwin Plaza at 3717 Plaza Way in the Southridge area of Kennewick. It is directly in front of Trios Southridge Hospital, near the sports complex.

The 4,500-square-foot eatery is designed to provide a comfortable, yet classy, environment for the community to enjoy, the owners said. The exterior is designed to appear like a clean, traditional home. 

The Original Pancake House will serve high-quality, full-service breakfasts. It uses the freshest, highest quality ingredients and makes everything from scratch daily, including all syrups, batters and toppings. The pancakes are derived using a traditional sour starter. 

The franchise owners believe there is no substitute for the finest ingredients and meticulous processes. 

The Original Pancake House is a locally-owned franchise with the intent and ability to integrate into the Tri-Cities community.
