Meals on Wheels menu - April 2024

Mid-Columbia Meals on Wheels senior dining sites serve hot meals from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday through Friday (Tuesday through Friday in Connell.) Meals are free for seniors ages 60 and older.  

Seniors must make reservations 24 business hours in advance by calling 509-735-1911. 

Tuesday, April 2: Beef stroganoff, garlic noodles, green beans.

Wednesday, April 3: Chef salad, dressing, wheat roll.

Thursday, April 4: Chicken enchiladas, Spanish rice, black beans, Mexican coleslaw.

Friday, April 5: Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes, brown gravy, broccoli, cookie.

Monday, April 8: Turkey tetrazzini, green peas, tossed salad.

Tuesday, April 9: Cranberry chicken, confetti rice, garden vegetables.

Wednesday, April 10: Sloppy Joes, mixed vegetables, apple cabbage slaw.

Thursday, April 11: Roast pork, mashed potatoes, pork gravy, beets.

Friday, April 12: Tuna pasta salad, broccoli salad, crackers.

Monday, April 15: Spaghetti with meat sauce, green beans, breadstick.

Tuesday, April 16: Baked cod, dill sauce, herbed potatoes, squash medley.

Wednesday, April 17: Chicken chop salad, salad greens, carrot sticks.

Thursday, April 18: Roast beef with gravy, mashed potatoes, Italian vegetables, wheat roll, ice cream.

Friday, April 19: Three bean chili, chuckwagon corn, cornbread.

Monday, April 22: Sweet and sour chicken, brown rice, Asian vegetables.

Tuesday, April 23: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, brown gravy, mixed vegetables.

Wednesday, April 24: Tuna noodle casserole, Lyonnaise carrots, berry crisp.

Thursday, April 25: Hamburger, baked beans, apple cabbage slaw.

Friday, April 26: Chicken Caesar salad, breadstick, cottage cheese and pineapple. 

Monday, April 29: Macaroni and cheese, sausage patty, garden vegetables, tossed salad.

Tuesday, April 30: Chicken pot pie, cauliflower and red pepper.
