From successful local businesses to engaged individuals, the Tri-City Regional Chamber of Commerce’s annual awards celebrated nine who have helped transform the business community and the community at large.

The nine award winners were recognized at the chamber’s recent 2025 Annual Meeting and Awards Luncheon at Three Rivers Convention Center in Kennewick.

Along with longstanding awards such as different business of the year awards and awards recognizing the chamber’s biggest supporters, this year’s slate of awards included the newly established Spirit of Tri-Cities Award for a business or organization that demonstrated exemplary leadership and community engagement to positively impact the quality of life in the region.

This year’s award winners were:

  • New Business of the Year – Tee Time
  • Small Business of the Year – Paragon Corporate Housing
  • Business of the Year – Bouten Construction Company
  • Non-Profit of the Year – Benton Franklin Fair Association
  • Spirit of Tri-Cities Award – 3 Rivers Community Foundation
  • Chamber S.T.A.R. Award – Randy Hayden, Port of Pasco
  • Community Impact Award – Benton County
  • Corporate Impact Award – Bechtel
  • Tom Powers Ambassador of the Year Award – Lori Powell, Advocare

The regional chamber changed the format of the awards this year. They used to be known as the Business and Nonprofit on a Roll awards. The name change came with a shift in focus as well to include additional criteria beyond growth.
