ST Properties of Kalama, Washington, completed construction of a 16,500-square-foot, single-story metal building to house Convoy Supply Ltd. at 1865 N. Commercial Ave. in Pasco.

The project, which is east of the Tri-Cities Airport, wrapped up in October.

CRF Metal Works was the general contractor.
