The PC’s 170,000-square-foot expansion at 1350 N. Grant St. in Kennewick was necessary to grow its medical, regenerative and diagnostic services and improve the fitness facilities.
“This is more than just a build-out – it’s a movement. We’re shaping the future of health care and wellness, creating a first-of-its-kind health campus that blends medicine, sports and performance training into one seamless experience,” The PC said in a statement.
The two-story building includes a medical office with two treatment rooms downstairs and the pilates and fitness studios on the second level.
The health, sports and medical campus, also known as The Pacific Clinic, added adaptive oxygen contrast therapy and whole-body sound frequency vibration to support recovery and performance.
The pilates and yoga studios have moved next to the fitness center. “This move enhances the premier experience of our pilates and yoga programs, creating an elevated space dedicated to movement, recovery and strength,” said The PC.
The studios’ relocation allowed the facility to build a brand-new children’s wing, expanding preventive pediatric services including wellness programs and early health education. The PC said it aims to create the foundation for lifelong well-being in the community’s youngest generation.
Interior design characteristics include updated, warm grays to match other recent building updates.
The $600,000 project was expected to be completed in March 2025.
