Toner Properties LLC recently completed a remodel to consolidate all of Highstreet Insurance PNW Tri-Cities employees into one office for better service and culture.

The LLC owns about half of the 20,000-square-foot Vista Center building at 6816 W. Rio Grande Ave. in Kennewick.

The 4,500-square-foot renovation project added 15 offices and expanded the bathroom facilities. The interior was previously mostly an open space.

Highstreet Insurance said the expansion will allow it to provide better service to its personal lines, commercial, benefits and agribusiness customers.

The remodel cost just over $700,000.

Chervenell Construction is the general contractor.

Archibald & Co. Architects, P.S. is the designer.
