A private investment group expects to complete construction on South Kennewick Mini Storage in mid-July.

The facility at 4621 Southridge Blvd. in Kennewick features 204 units ranging in size from 5-by-5, 5-by-10, 10-by-10, 10-by-15, 10-by-20, 10-by-25 and 10-by-30, for a total of 30,700 square feet.

Pasco’s Teton West of WA is the general contractor. 

Baker Architecture and Knutzen Engineering handled design work.

Rental rates for the mini storage units vary depending on size.
