Mid-Columbia Meals on Wheels senior dining sites serve hot meals from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday through Friday (Tuesday through Friday in Connell.). Meals are free for seniors ages 60 and older.   

Seniors must make reservations 24 business hours in advance by calling 509-735-1911.  

Monday, Jan. 6: Swiss steak, mashed potatoes, garden vegetables.

Tuesday, Jan. 7: Cranberry chicken, confetti rice, peas and onions.

Wednesday, Jan. 8: Turkey and rice casserole, broccoli, tossed salad.

Thursday, Jan. 9: Pulled pork sandwich, baked beans, coleslaw.

Friday, Jan. 10: Chicken parmesan casserole, cauliflower with red peppers.

Monday, Jan. 13: Swedish meatballs, egg noodles, Normandy vegetables.

Tuesday, Jan. 14: Lemon pepper cod, fluffy rice, green peas.

Wednesday, Jan. 15: Barbecue chicken, roasted carrots, potato salad, cornbread.

Thursday, Jan. 16: Roast beef with gravy, mashed potatoes, Italian vegetables, wheat roll, ice cream.

Friday, Jan. 17: Beef stir fry, fluffy rice, Asian vegetables, tossed salad.

Monday, Jan. 20: Closed for Martin Luther King Jr. Day.

Tuesday, Jan. 21: Smothered pork chop, mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables.

Wednesday, Jan. 22: Beef lasagna, Italian vegetables, Ceasar salad, breadstick.

Thursday, Jan. 23: Chicken fajitas, rice and beans, flour tortilla.

Friday, Jan. 24: Sloppy Joes, mixed vegetables, coleslaw.

Monday, Jan. 27: Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes, brown gravy, broccoli.

Tuesday, Jan. 28: Dijon chicken, sweet potato mash, seasoned beets.

Wednesday, Jan. 29: Sweet and sour pork, fluffy rice, Asian vegetables.

Thursday, Jan. 30: Hamburger, baked beans, apple cabbage slaw.

Friday, Jan. 31: Turkey tetrazzini, squash medley, tossed salad.
