Event Description

This Ask the Experts session will equip business leaders with strategies to support their own mental well-being and that of their team members. Attendees will learn tools will enable them to effectively manage stress, get quality sleep, getting closer to work-life balance, and foster a positive work environment. Prioritizing physical and mental well-being sets an example and a culture of wellbeing through the organization which can ultimately drive to personal and professional success.

  • Dr. Jyoti Kahlon, Founder, Health First Urgent Care 
  • Dr. Paul Monie, Empowered Health Institute
  • Melanie Olson, Director, TC Futures 
  • Joe Poston, CEO, Remedy Health and Wellness

Ask the Experts is a series of monthly workshops aimed at educating people on crucial business topics. Thanks to the generosity of STCU, the Ask the Experts program is offered free of charge to the entire Tri-Cities business community.Each session features two to three local professionals who have demonstrated expertise in the featured monthly topic and are willing to share what they have learned, as well as answer questions from participants.Ask the Experts is offered in hybrid format on the third Tuesday of every month from 3 - 4:30 p.m. - in-person at the Bechtel Board Room at the Tri-Cities Business and Visitor Center building (with light refreshments), as well as live on Zoom. Eventually the session can be viewed on demand on YouTube. Questions will be fielded and served up to the experts by Paul Casey, who will be facilitating the sessions.
