Tri-City Area Gaming is holding is annual gaming convention in April.
The convention will feature activities including board games, tabletop role playing games, workshops and speaker sessions. TAGCON is not just a gaming convention; it's also a celebration of how gaming can positively impact education, community building and personal development.
Community Building Games: Participants can enjoy a variety of board games and interactive activities that foster community spirit and collaborative skills.
Empowerment through Gaming: We will have special sessions aimed at using games to empower under-served members of our community, reflecting our commitment to after-school and summertime gaming activities.
Game Design Sessions: For those interested in the creative aspect of gaming, there will be opportunities to learn about game design and development.
Board Game Library: Explore our extensive board game library — a treasure trove of over 400 board games for gaming enthusiasts, available to check out and play throughout the event. Staff will be on-hand to teach games to new players.
Vendors and Organizations: TAGCON will have local vendors and local community organizations at tables throughout the convention!
Prizes and More: We will be hosting play-and-wins and an official CATAN national qualifier! We’ll also have capsule machines full of fun prizes, a VR room, Jackbox Games sessions, an auction, our ever-popular Nerd Swap Table, and more!

Cost: $40 for full membership, $20 for students or teachers/staff members, $5 for children 12 and under (must be associated with a registered adult member).
