Apex Construction of Kennewick completed a 7,500-square-foot steel building, insulated and finished, as a warehouse and available for lease for commercial or light industrial use in Horn Rapids Industrial Park.
The building at 2564 Roberson Drive in Richland has two spaces, one 3,000 square feet and one with 4,500 square feet. Each has a bathroom and can be built-out or used as is.
It has three-phase electrical panels, heating and air conditioning, 20-foot ceilings and three 18-foot roll-up doors with room for a fourth if necessary. There is also 8,000 square feet of fenced laydown yard available.
Asking rents are $7.80 to $13.80 per square foot per year.

Berkey Engineering of Richland and Columbia River Steel and Construction of Grandview were the designers.
