Boost Builds is completing a remodel of 1100 Jadwin Ave., part of the Tri-Cities Professional Center and a key to urban renewal in central Richland.

The $4 million remodel is refashioning the five-story, 52,000-square-foot office building, Richland’s largest privately-owned office structure. It is expected to be complete in September.
