The Columbia Basin Badger Club is holding a forum on what a Trump-led America will look like.
Proposals on term limits for Congress, immigration reform, trade, foreign, energy and economic policy along with tax cuts for everyone are being proposed by President-elect Donald Trump. The club’s two speakers plan to go deeper on these issues at the forum. They are retired U.S. Rep. Doc Hastings, R-Wash., and Jill Mullins-Cannon, a Tri-City native, who is an attorney practicing in Bainbridge Island. Her firm Justice & Equality Legal Services focuses on family law and discrimination.
The lunch meeting is at 11:30 a.m. Nov 18 at the Richland Shilo Inn.
Cost is $20 for members, $25 for others and $30 the day of the event.
