Suites range from 4,000, 7,000 and 14,000 square feet.
The building’s ideal use would be for an office space. It can be for a multi-tenant build-out, or the whole building could be used by a single tenant. It has a large parking lot, multiple access points and large footprint.

The owners are seeking a five-year minimum term. Triple net is estimated at $5.50/square feet. .
Rent is currently set at $21/square foot/year plus triple net.
Exterior construction is expected to be completed in the third quarter.
