A Tri-Cities developer and business owner recently completed construction on Keller Apartments in Kennewick.
The complex at 953 S. Keller St. features four units and 12 storage units.

This was a building fill-in, meaning there were an existing eight units on the property and it was zoned for more. The building cost $972,000.

He’s been building in the Tri-Cities since 2014, with a focus on providing a variety of housing units, from single- to multifamily and commercial buildings, to help and improve housing supply in Central Washington.
“I have been investing in the community and business for the past decade and hope to make an impact for the future and for future generations. This is a great community and has great potential for growth,” Zook said.
ZK Builders LLC is the general contractor and Zack Koons was the construction manager on site, running the sub-contractor selection, city inspections and schedule.
The civil engineer was Harms Engineering of Pasco.

The project was completed May 1.
